A recurring casual tea party event for trans students and staff to hang out and relax. We will provide refreshments and a room where students can meet, chat, do crafts, and learn about community events. Depending on the inclinations of the students a portion of the event could be activity/instructional based: one month might involve learning to use a camera, or doing karaoke, or sharing queer history presentations. The goal is to create a space for trans students to restore, learn, and grow with each other, connecting to the larger trans community within Barnard as well as throughout the city.
