Lucy Shauman is a director and screenwriter originally from Northern California. She graduated from Barnard College in 2021 with a B.A. in film studies and took part in the 2021 EFMP program. Lucy enjoys stories that highlight underrepresented narratives in science fiction. Her short screenplay Golden State has been recognized by Scriptapalooza, Blue Cat Screenplay Competition, and Austin Film Festival.
