About
The Feminist Film Screenings is a year-round feature film screening series programmed and hosted by the Media Center. We engage with the community to challenge what feminist film is, and aim to create a positive discourse for fellowship and social change amongst media makers and media audiences.

A League of Their Own (1992) - Dir. Penny Marshall
Screening Thursday, October 20, 6:30pm

In a fictionalized account of the real-life All-American Girls Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL), two sisters join the first female professional baseball league and struggle to help it succeed amid their own growing rivalry. The original film has been adapted into a tv series currently airing on Amazon Prime Video.
